Terms and conditions of participation – Newsletter competition "Weekend getaway"
Organiser Gusti Leder Stores GmbH, Erich-Schlesinger-Str. 62, 18059 Rostock, Germany. info@gusti-leder.de is the organiser of the giveaway (hereinafter referred to as "Organiser").
Giveaway period The giveaway runs from March 4, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. until March 11, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (all times CET/CEST).
Eligibility Natural persons are eligible to participate who are aged 18 or over and are residents of Germany. Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Participation requirements / Procedure (1) Participation is achieved by registering for the organiser's newsletter using the competition form and confirming the registration in a double opt-in procedure. (2) After successful confirmation, the participant will receive a personal invitation link. (3) Participation is only valid if one (1) additional person ("friend") signs up for the newsletter via this invitation link and also confirms their registration via double opt-in. (4) Only one entry per person is permitted. The organiser reserves the right to exclude multiple entries or attempts at manipulation.
Important: Please do not enter another person's email address in the competition form. Invitations are sent exclusively via the personal invitation link.
Prize The prize draw offers 2 nights for 2 people in a BIGGER apartment at a STAYERY location of your choice, a €100 voucher for DB trains, and your choice of one of three models from Gusti Leder: "Ruben," "Agatha," or "Chester."
Announcing the winner The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. on March 13, 2026.
Winning notification / Feedback The winner will be notified by email via the address provided when subscribing to the newsletter. If no response is received within seven (7) days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
No cash payment / transferability Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize is excluded, unless otherwise required by law.
Exclusion for violations The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of attempts at manipulation, false information, or violations of these conditions of participation.
Early termination / changes The organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway prematurely for important reasons (e.g., technical or legal reasons).
