Italian production

From Europe - consciously chosen

Cooperation with partners in Europe enables us to do more than just shorten delivery routes. It allows us to support local workshops, to ensure quality standards and to reduce environmental pollution from remote transports. Cooperation with nearby partners also helps us to build strong, trusting relationships based on transparency and common values within the European Community.

If you buy a Gusti bag that was manufactured in these workshops, you support people who love what they do and with special care to produce their products in a region in which leather processing is a lifestyle.

Meet our Italian artisans: Tradition, trust, and thoughtful design.

In the Florence region, known for its rich history in leather processing, our partners have made leather accessories by hand over a decade. These are not mere production rooms; They are workshops that are led by a talented artisan couple who consider pocket production as a true craft - not just as a process.

Her workshops are small and collaborative, in which both artisans are personally involved in every phase of the creation. From the first cut of the leather to the last stitch, your attention to detail is unsurpassed. While machines ensure the consistency of the structure, the character of each individual piece comes to light in the last details, many of which are carried out completely by hand. Edge painting, grip design and end inspections belong to one slower, careful process, pay attention to quality and tradition.

A commitment to leather with inventory

The leather we use is exclusively Cattle leatherthat was selected for its quality and versatility. The style of each bag is combined with the perfect texture and the right finish - from the soft, structured elegance of the Dollaro Leather, a surface leather that is located in quality just below the full scar. It is manufactured by slightly sanding the outermost layer of the skin, which makes it thinner and more flexible, but at the same time offers excellent strength and durability. In addition, there is the velvety surface of the Vein/Camoscio Leather, a split leather from the inner layers of the skin, which is valued for its soft, matt feel. Laminato Leather is a split leather with a metallic or shiny laminated coating, which gives it a special shine and remains light and smooth. In contrast, are Ruga and boxingLeather surface leather with a stiffer, smooth and refined surface, which are ideal for structured pockets that radiate elegance and preserve their shape. Every leather is carefully selected to meet the function and character of the design, and thus ensures the perfect balance between beauty, strength and character.

All leather become chrome -madeto ensure flexibility, strength and long -lasting colors.
